The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Business Intelligence to lead our talented team of BI analysts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by translating complex business requirements into insightful and actionable data visualizations. You will be a champion for data storytelling, guiding stakeholders to understand key trends and empowering them to make informed strategic decisions.
As a leader, you will foster a collaborative and innovative environment, mentoring your team to excel in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder communication. You will be the bridge between our technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that our data solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver tangible business value.
How You Will Make an Impact: - Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, proactively engaging with them to understand their data needs, translating those needs into clear BI requirements, and guiding them towards optimal data-driven solutions
- Oversee the design and creation of visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring adherence to data visualization best practices, and optimizing user experience for effective data consumption and analysis
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Intelligence analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Drive the prioritization of BI requests according to business value
What You Bring to The Team: - 8+ years Analytics or Business Intelligence experience
- 4+ years SQL experience; expert SQL capability / Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL
- 3+ years managing and mentoring a team of BI analysts
- Expertise in industry-leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, data visualization and dashboard development
- Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling data storytelling and user-centered dashboard design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and build strong collaborative relationships

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
