Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $198,000/yr MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Implementing Workday Human Capital Management system including human capital management, core compensation and advanced compensation, benefits, learning as well as, business processes and Human Capital reporting/analytics; Working with large employers with improving the performance of their organization, by implementing technologies, aligning strategy and people strategies with business strategies, and streamlining /standardizing policies, practices and processes; Assisting organizations to align their business and operational requirements by performing updates requested by the network and/or regulatory reasons as a result of Workday Releases; and Utilization of cloud-based Human Capital Management system implementations (i.e., Workdays, NetSuite, Fusion, or Intacct). 80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
