Role Purpose: Responsible for oversight of all plant engineering, maintenance and operational technology systems and projects. Ensures brewery is equipped and maintained to enable Mark Anthony Brewing to Win as an Agile World-Class Supply Chain Organization. Accountabilities & Impact: Provide leadership and is responsible for oversight of all plant engineering projects in the brewery. Lead design review, commissioning, and on-going maintenance of all brewery equipment. Provide leadership and is responsible for oversight of maintenance, code management, and continuous improvement of brewery operational technology systems and applications. Responsible for all Plant Utilities Operations (including wastewater facility and well operations) Invest in and build capability of team members. Financial management of annual department budget, operational performance, engineering design & approval, CAPEX planning and execution, facility asset care, automation and controls. Skills & Experiences Needed: S. Engineering with minimum 8 yrs experience Plant engineering/capex, brewing, high-speed packaging, automation and controls experience Working knowledge of batch ingredient addition, fermentation, filtration, refrigeration systems, pasteurization and high-speed glass bottle and aluminum can package systems. Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations and technology Equipment operational controls Strategic planning, project management, strong financial acumen Process optimization.
