C6ISR is looking for a transformational leader to drive Key C6ISR Cross BA and Cross LOB initiatives. This includes University Engagements (UE), Intellectual Property Strategy, activities with LMVentures, and Bright Ideas. This position also manages C6ISR Enterprise Experts, Fellow and Sr Fellows supporting the Strategic Products & Initiatives organization. The selected leader must have the vision, passion, communications, and collaboration skills to ensure compliance to established processes, while optimizing the standard work and processes for efficiency, mission execution and value. As C6ISR Initiatives & Enterprise Experts Leader the selected candidate will be expected to lead a team of 5 and will report to the Director of Strategic Products and Initiatives. The Leader will actively support C6ISR by collaborating across C6ISR, RMS and the Corporation. The Initiatives & Enterprise Experts leader shall be accountable as described below:
- Representing C6ISR on Cross Corporate Projects
- Lead University Engagement (UE) Projects for C6ISR - Lead C6SIR LMVentures Activities - Lead C6SIR Subject Matter Experts, Fellows and Sr Fellows
- Partner across C6ISR, RMS and the Corporation - Support C6SIR Technology Roadmapping Activities - Support C6ISR Advanced Concepts Campaigns Job location is any C6ISR location. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required; Advanced degree is preferred.

• 15+ years in multi-disciplinary technical experience in product development environment
• Prior experience leading multiple concurrent large scale IRADs, VRADs or other investment projects
• Prior experience developing product and technology investment roadmaps
• Experience interfacing with company executives, customers, and external agencies and partners
• Proven ability partner across internal business areas
• Demonstrated technical and people leadership experience including leading diverse and dynamic multi-discipline engineering teams
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to create a vision, build a team, and execute on that vision to create business value
Desired Skills:
Multi-disciplinary engineering, strategic development, ability to negotiate, Technical leadership, proposal development & Product line development and management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
