Job Description The Senior Manager, Digital Business Insights sits within Global Strategic Insights and Delivery, specifically working on the Marketing Intelligence team. This individual will own strategic advisory support to accelerate our global digital marketing strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing performance measurement, market trends and consumer behavior to provide focused reporting and analysis, culminating in insights and illumination to our digital marketing stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen and the ability to effectively influence findings into action. In addition, the ideal candidate must display servant leadership traits with natural curiosity, penchant for connecting the dots, and a thirst for problem-solving. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Business Insights and will have a direct report. Duties + Strategic advisory leadership: Proactively engage with global digital marketing decisionmakers as a strategic thought partner, ensuring they have a solid pulse on performance, diagnosing complex problems, and identifying priority opportunities + Data analysis: Detect, evaluate, and communicate impactful insights utilizing various internal and syndicated industry, consumer, experience, and sales performance data sources; lead efforts on root cause analysis, test & learn, initiative evaluation, opportunity sizing, with specific focus on measuring incrementality and CLV + Reporting: Oversee the production and continuous enhancement of functional and executive-level reporting on digital business health + Enterprise BI leadership: Promote
