Your Mission: Lead a Revolution in Global Payroll: Shape the Future of Our Finance Transformation Join our People Financial Services team in Enterprise Operations as the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Transformation, reporting directly to the Director for People Financial Services and the Vice President of Global Financial Services. In this pivotal role, you will plan, develop, and coordinate the transformation of Lockheed Martin's global payroll strategy and service model, focusing on improving payroll operations, processes, and systems in alignment with Enterprise-wide 1LMX transformation initiatives. As a visionary leader, you will: - Drive the strategic plan for payroll transformation, encompassing process reengineering, service model design, and change management - Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll transformation initiatives - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payroll transformation initiatives - Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of payroll and finance professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities - Direct the evaluation and selection of new technology, outsourcing, or insourcing solutions, including vendor management and contract negotiation - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the Payroll Product Owner for the implementation of our groundbreaking Human Capital Management (HCM) system, scheduled for 2026.
