Senior Management Analyst. The place of performance for this position is in the
Washington DC area. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: - Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures.
- Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to projects and programs.
- Conduct work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Develops and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
- Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences
- Supports the development of Command level strategic planning
Qualifications: - Active Secret Security Clearance
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w/Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w/Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience

- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
