Key Responsibilities: - Lead M&A Projects: Oversee the complete lifecycle of M&A transactions, managing timelines, identifying risks, and adhering to budgets.
- Conduct Business Analysis & Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive IT due diligence, evaluate potential risks, and deliver insightful analyses for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee System & Data Integration: Manage integrations of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems to ensure smooth operational transitions.
- Data Management: Develop strategies for data validation, mapping, and cleansing to guarantee data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and communication.
Essential Qualifications: - 5+ years of M&A experience, particularly in project management and integration.
