Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and communication.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of M&A experience, particularly in project management and integration.
  • Proficient in IT system integrations (including ERP, JDE, SAP, and other financial or operational platforms).
  • Strong background in data mapping, validation, and migration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in IT, construction, or legal fields is a plus.
