Senior Logistics Analyst with Security Clearance

POSITION: Senior Logistics Analyst LOCATION: Stafford, VA STATUS: Full time - Contingent REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 5-12 years of related experience Citizenship and Clearance: U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain one Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Significant Experience: Experience with tactical communications equipment Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Management Training: Defense Acquisition University courses (Defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures) PRIMARY DUTIES: Review and provide technical comments on all systems and equipment technical data packages (TDPs). Prepare and conduct an Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) for new programs. Analyze factors and components of systems to recommend and institute changes to increase efficiency. Provide input and participate in program milestone reviews. Develop maintenance plans and checklists. Plan studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational changes, communication, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis. Translate user requirements into life cycle management, documentation, and integrated logistics support plans and related operational summaries. Examine and analyze current and contemplated operations for developing, defining, and coordinating user requirements which will satisfy the total program need. Write specifications manuals and user documentation for client or user personnel. Assist in the design, development, and analysis of logical and physical database design and maintenance. Write life-cycle logistics documentation in support of program milestones and other program events. LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
