JobRequirements - A passion for helping seniors
- Adesire to contribute to a positive atmosphere for residents, family &friends, and all team members
- Excellentwritten and verbal skills and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office,CRM, etc.) for effective communication
- Flexibilityto work weekends, evenings and flexible hours as needed
Job Responsibilities - Introduce andexplain community and services to potential residents and their families
- Nurture relationships with prospects, contacts and referralsources to meet established sales and occupancy goals
- Generate newleads and move-ins from targeted referral sources,
- Facilitate themove-in process
- Manage occupancyand sales goals
- Work within astructured sales and marketing system
- Identify andbuild relationships within the local area
- Plan and executemarketing events
Qualifications - High School Diploma and some college preferred
- Two years of occupancy / marketing or sales background, preferably in the long-term health care industry preferred
