Essential Functions:
- Monitor daily resident care and perform skilled nursing tasks
- Document resident conditions and communicate with families and healthcare providers
- Ensure implementation of resident service plans and manage medication records
- Assist in shift assignments and monitor staff performance
- Handle family concerns and manage minor facility issues
Minimum Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license
- Experience with elderly care
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong documentation and relationship-building skills
