Position Overview: Are you a creative, outgoing person with a passion for connecting with others? As a Senior Living Marketing Liaison, you'll be the life of the party-building relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners. You'll help spread the word about our amazing community, assist in organizing fun events and educational seminars for our residents and the local community, and connect referral partners to our clinical and admissions teams to ensure everyone has a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Build strong, friendly relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
- Share the heart of our company with others to generate excitement and drive referrals.
- Assist with creating and hosting exciting events and educational seminars that our residents and the community will love.
- Attend community networking events and have fun while growing awareness and visibility for our senior living community.
- Help connect referral partners with our clinical and admissions teams, ensuring smooth transitions and happy experiences for everyone involved.
- Work closely with our creative marketing team to develop fun and innovative strategies to showcase our community.
