- Assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet company quality standards
- Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner
Qualifications: - Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
- Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred
- Safe food handling techniques are required
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Work in a team environment
- Work flexible shifts
- Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing
