Adms & Martin Group is working with a well-established law firm in Irvine seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong background in judicial foreclosure to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a collaborative team with the potential for long-term placement. After an initial 30-60 day in-office training period, a hybrid schedule will be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and file foreclosure-related legal documents, including complaints, motions, judgments, and notices.
  • Manage case files from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case preparation and trial support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
  • Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case tracking and status reports.
  • Coordinate with title companies, process servers, and other third parties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal with a strong focus on judicial foreclosure.
  • In-depth knowledge of California foreclosure laws and court procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
