We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior LIHTC Property Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.

Description
- Direct and oversee all operations of the property, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare and manage the financial operations of the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster good relationships with tenants.
- Identify, target, and develop prospective tenants.
- Manage property risk effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities for increasing property value.

Profile
A successful Senior LIHTC Property Manager should have:
- Robust LIHTC Affordable Housing Experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Exceptional knowledge of property and asset management.
- Strong understanding of financial terms and principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant property management software.
