About the Role:
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Lead Recruiter to build and lead a performance-driven talent acquisition function across a multi-entity organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage TA performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive, high-priority, and confidential roles
- Coach and mentor a team of recruiters and onboarding specialists
- Oversee onboarding from offer to business unit integration
- Optimize recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Partner with leadership and HRBPs to align hiring with business needs
- Manage ATS (Dayforce/Workday) and vendor relationships
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in recruiting, 2+ years in a leadership or lead role
- Proven success implementing KPIs and performance frameworks
- Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce or Workday preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (or willing to obtain in 12 months)
- Industry background in financial or professional services preferred
