Creates new OnBase objects, OnBase embedded workflow and process logic, OnBase custom queries, OnBase scripting, OnBase forms, OnBase reporting, and any external OnBase supporting customized applications in Development.
Designs, Develops and maintains OnBase workflow applications to automate and digitize paper-based business processes across various State agencies.
Create SQL Scripting to generate custom reports for billing and analytics purposes. Involved in integrating content management solutions with other software applications on various platforms.
Perform code review/QA of OnBase objects created by other developers.
Migrates OnBase solutions through multiple IT environments and maintain awareness of upgrades, patches, and functional module additions to the software used, and oversee implementation and configuration as appropriate.
Conducts secondary and in-depth investigation for all OnBase project requests and review requirements, specifications, tests, support, and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives of the OnBase project.
Leads root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements for OnBase platform. Resolves problems and Change tickets with different teams using ticket management and tracking tools. Suggests and maintains best practices for the enterprise content management systems.
Deep expertise with Unity and/or REST API, JSON, Java, .NET
Ensures the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Coordinates with Business Analysts and Test Analysts to verify that the developed application meets technical requirements and client needs.
Works collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project and adherence to organizational standards and goals.
Training Requirements
OnBase System Administrator training certification is required. Recent certification is preferred but not required.
Working understanding of Workflow is required. Completion of Workflow Design and a Workflow Introduction class is preferred but not required.
WI Advisor tasks and responsibilities.
Weekly meeting with the team, similar to a Scrum session to lay out the previous weeks' work and what the goals are for this week.
Weekly one-on-one with each team member
Weekly meeting with State counterpart to discuss current and future work, issues, actions.
Monthly Meetings with Naviant. This is to cover any open topic future plans, current and escalate any open tickets that may be stale.
Monthly Meetings with State to highlight project work, staffing changes, open issues, or projects risks. This call includes members of management on both sides.
Review Change Orders (COs)that come in for the team to work.
Assign COs to team members if they are not already on the project.
Review state Directives that come in for either obvious or potential OnBase impacts, either from a work perspective or as being a downstream impact, we need to mitigate
Review Project requirements and verify OnBase can meet them.
Offer alternatives with Requirements are too vague or just outside of what OnBase is capable of
Manage SNOW tickets in the team's queue and assign them out as needed.
Verify the team email box is being worked and responses are sent.
Manage escalations either from a research side or even a user side.
When working with users, look for and offer enhancements to existing processes which will benefit the Org or End user.
Join calls for Projects as an SME to fill in for Developers.
Help PMs with questions about Project docs.
Research new departments that could benefit from OnBase.
Look for new modules and functions that could benefit Gainwell and WI.
