Senior Lead Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Project Lead to join our team, responsible for leading software development projects and mentoring team members. This role requires deep expertise in C , Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can balance hand-on development with project leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software development projects using C and the .NET framework.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Integrate and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders.
• Work closely with CTO and product owners to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code quality and agile development.
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Deploy and manage client/server applications supporting manufacturing environments.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Experience with integrating Rockwell Factory Talk applications a plus.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C and .NET
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Function, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Development and integration
• Experience with REST API's, web services, and modem integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of database design, especially MS SQL Server.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects on time.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
