This role is crucial in shaping our security engineering solutions and enhancing our privileged access management strategy. Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Technical Expertise:
  • Manage the organization's privileged access management system effectively.
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade systems and platform solutions in the Identity and Access Management space that meet both business and technical needs while adhering to established policies.
  • Collaborate with Technology Team members to offer expert advice and devise impactful solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in your expertise area.
Analytical Expertise:
  • Identify challenges and conduct root cause analysis to formulate actionable solutions.
  • Assess and compare alternative solutions to optimize decision-making.
  • Understand and evaluate the value of potential solutions.
  • Have a broad knowledge of how technology platforms and architectures can automate business solutions.
Business Knowledge:
  • Engage actively in industry trends impacting Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
Task Management:
  • Coordinate and facilitate project efforts efficiently.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies in technology tasks and ensure accuracy in team outputs.
  • Implement prioritization processes to maintain workflow efficiency and urgency.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Education:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:
  • Over 7 years of experience in privileged access management engineering or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with PAM/PUM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Deep understanding of concepts like password vaulting, privileged session management, and secrets management.
  • Experience in managing applications credentials and user access policies.
  • Capability to conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills in intricate situations.
  • Solid knowledge of risk compliance initiatives including PCI, SOX, HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
Preferred Skills:
  • 7+ years in IAM disciplines such as Lifecycle Management or Identity Governance.
  • Background in IAM or Cybersecurity Engineering.
  • Experience with Identity Proofing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Web development experience (HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
  • Experience in the financial or insurance sectors.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous.

Travel Requirement: Up to 10%.
