Senior Laboratory Technologist - Immunohistochemistry - Immunopathology- Days 815am-6pm- 4 Days Join a close-knit team of Laboratory Technologists, Residents, Fellows and Attending Physicians in our Immunopathology department at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. We are looking for someone with experience in Immunohistochemical techniques including experience with Leica Bonds, Leica Prime, and Ventana Roche systems. This position available would be working 815am-6pm 4 days per week at our Weill Cornell campus.
Preferred Criteria - ASCP certification
- Degree or major in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Ability to sit and cut samples for extended periods based on operational needs
- Experience with laboratory regulations such as NYS and CAP inspections
- Experience with Immunohistochemistry techniques and procedures including cutting and staining frozen sections
Required Criteria - Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York Education department
