W2 ONLY NO STEM OPT We are currently looking for a Senior Java Microservices Engineer to join our team in Irving, Texas.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design Java, J2EE applications utilizing Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Create and implement microservices based on domain-driven design.
- Work with various database technologies including RDBMS and NoSQL.
- Design and build industry-standard interface architectures (REST, SOAP) and protocols (HTTP, JMS, AMQP).
- Manage applications using Kubernetes and Docker, with exposure to cloud solutions like OSE, EKS, and GKE.
- Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools like Jenkins.
- Conduct various testing methods including unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Implement security best practices for web and mobile applications.
- Explore emerging cloud-native patterns such as event-driven programming and reactive programming.
- Utilize polyglot programming skills in Java, NodeJS, and Python.
Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.
- 4+ years of experience designing and building microservices.
- 4+ years of experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- 4+ years of experience with REST and SOAP interfaces.
- 5+ years of experience in development environments.
