Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Performs written performance reviews for team.

• Holds regular one on ones with team members.

• Able to independently design within a defined architecture.

• Engage with clients and other stakeholders on requirements

• Provides input to the architecture.

• Understands different architectural views (conceptual, logical, physical, deployment).

• Reviews code assuring Definition of Done, coding standards, and good design principles are met.

• Knows several languages, expert in primary language.

• Develops talent at all levels of developer.

• Sets an example of a professional developer.

• Able to coach and teach usage of Design Patters, SOLID principles, and Architectural Patterns.
Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience developing Java code and previous experience working with Maven.

• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented design development.

• 8+ years of experience developing Spring frameworks.

• 2+ years working with either: AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud.

• 2+ years of experience in middleware packages like: Web Logic, WebSphere, or JBoss.

• 2+ years of GIT based source control

• 1+ years of experience leading offshore development teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead and manage client expectations in consultative fashion.

• Experience in either Rest or Soap API development.

• Experience with AWS: Api Gateway, Lamda, SQS, DynamoDB.

• Experience with Azure: Apim, Azure functions.

• Prior experience working with MySQL and Redis

• Experience with Salesforce workbench and soSQL

• Knowledge of Node.js and or Vue.js

• Experience using powershell to provision Azure resources

• Experience working with Jenkins

• Experience with other frameworks like: Spring Boot, MVC, or Hibernate.

• Excellent knowledge with linux command shells and ssh tunnels.

• Should have good understanding on agile ceremonies.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
