Job Summary:

• We are seeking a strong Senior Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java and AWS to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and database knowledge as an advantage.
• This hybrid role is based in Peoria, Illinois, and offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for Client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Java and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
