The IT Subject Mater Expert shall provide expert level support for the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, platforms and applications. Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, provide expert guidance on architecture.
proactively provide recommendations to manage technical debt.
Recommend and lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment.
Recommend development and DevSecOps practices and ensure adherence to practice through reviews. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
Contribute to the refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on technical requirements within the agile framework.
Responsible for technical guidance, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
10+ Years experience with SharePoint including SharePoint Server version and SharePoint Online
5+ Years experience with Power Platform
2+ Years experience with ActiveDocs
ITIL V4 Foundation
Certification in Power Platform
At least one cloud fundamentals certification
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
