The Opportunity: Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Renew & Re-Sign Existing Customers: Manage renewals, pricing, and churn prevention.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify value-add opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
- Manage Client Relationships: Provide excellent service, conduct reviews, align goals.
- Convert Qualified Leads: Conduct discovery, identify needs, close deals.
- Strategize & Plan Accounts: Develop growth strategies, forecast, maintain CRM data.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build Advocacy & Referrals: Deliver exceptional service, generate testimonials and case studies.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry shifts and competitors.
- Ensure Compliance & Admin Accuracy: Maintain precise documentation and billing.
