Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional with experience implementing complex and large-scale software applications in a manufacturing environment, including one or multiple implementations of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software. A successful candidate is highly self-motivated with a passion for managing multiple, technical, and complex projects. This role manages merging a newly acquired business' ERP system into Infiltrator's JD Edwards ERP system. Therefore, experience running software integration projects after a M&A transaction is highly desirable.
The Project Manager will execute and oversee the implementation of the software integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT leadership's strategic direction.
The successful candidate should have a 4-year degree and 10+ years leading and managing IT Projects including multiple concurrent large-scale projects. ERP software implementation experience, post-merger integration experience. JDE, Oracle, Microsoft systems experience preferred.
