Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Northeastern United States (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range:$56.35-$80.50/Hrs

Description:

• Lead the development of comprehensive requirements documentation.

• Identify key gaps and opportunities in project processes.

• Oversee the proposal process for selecting and implementing solutions.

• Ensure project completion within scope, time, and budget.

• Leverage understanding of contact center technologies for seamless coordination.

• Drive collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for project execution.

• Partner with Procurement for proposal development and vendor selection.

• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement for negotiations and compliance.

• Optimize resource allocation and develop detailed project plans.

• Prepare executive-level reports and provide updates to the steering committee.

• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Implement risk management techniques to mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of experience in implementing large-scale, complex projects.

• Strong understanding of contact center solutions and integration technologies.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects ensuring seamless integration and execution.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
