Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the restart and execution of the Customer Information Transformation (CIT) program over the next 6-9 months. This role is responsible for developing a comprehensive restart plan, defining program objectives, establishing a detailed roadmap, managing risks, and preparing the program for successful implementation. The role will evolve into a more structured PM position as the program transitions from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Track and document risks, improvement opportunities, decisions, and strategy updates.

  • Generate and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Assist with planning resource needs and timelines to support program success.

  • Coordinate CIT kickoff meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.

  • Manage execution of complex IT projects or moderately complex IT programs using frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.

  • Promote continuous improvement, mentor team members, and ensure project transparency and value delivery.

  • Supervise and guide sub-team project managers and ensure cross-team collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;

  • At least 6 years of combined IT and business experience, including project management.

  • Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).

  • Experience with Jira and multiple project types (in-house, vendor-led, offshore).

  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience managing large-scale IT programs and teams.

  • Proven expertise with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
