As the Senior IT Manager for the ServiceNow Platform, you will spearhead initiatives to uncomplicate the existing system configuration, align the platform with core business goals, and reduce customizations. This role is pivotal in driving technical innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Salary: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to frame and deploy innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop scalable and stable platform roadmaps, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and modules to extend the platform's capabilities.
- Guide end-to-end implementations focusing on ServiceNow's Core foundation modules like ITSM, ITAM, SecOPs, GRC, and TPRM.
- Maintain oversight of platform upgrades, optimizing applications while adhering to security and compliance protocols.
- Provide mentorship to a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for platform solutions.
- Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance platform adoption and success across the organization.
- Interface with executive leadership, offering solutions that drive significant, measureable business impacts.
- Enforce governance and refine best practices to continually boost platform performance and business value.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and technologies, integrating them proactively into business processes.
Minimum Position Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform management, with a deep expertise in ITSM.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of technical professionals in a high-stake environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow development such as JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
- Robust understanding of IT service management and related processes.
- Strong capability in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certifications in ITIL v3/v4 or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
