WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? This senior management role requires a minimum of 40 working hours per week, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional extended or after-business hours as necessary.
Remote and hybrid options are available, but you
must reside in Whatcom County, WA. As our Senior IT Manager, you work in tandem with the VP of IT to propel our IT infrastructure to new heights. Working with your team, you triage service desk tickets and ensure our systems remain secure and up to date. You navigate challenges, coordinate infrastructure maintenance, and play a pivotal role in advancing our Information Security Program. Your leadership is the linchpin that connects technology and staff, crafting a seamless digital experience that sets our credit union apart.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? - 3+ years of experience in information technology management
- Extensive knowledge in enterprise networking, information technology infrastructure, and security
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems
- Reside in Whatcom County and have the ability to be on site at any time
- 24/7 availability
- Humble attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take constructive criticism
- Excellent communication and organization skills with reliable follow-through
