Salary: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead strategic leadership and execution for all finance and accounting technology projects, including digital transformation to cloud-based systems such as Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of business applications.
- Own all aspects of system configurations, integrations, workflow, reporting, and analytics within the finance and accounting sphere.
- Drive continuous improvement through service level management which includes managing SLAs, incident resolution, and enhancement ticket management.
- Facilitate quarterly patch evaluations, developing and overseeing test plans, conducting unit testing, and ensuring coordination with business users for seamless execution.
- Lead and support Mergers & Acquisitions integration activities, aligning new processes and technologies with existing company operations and strategies.
Minimum Position Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressively responsible related experience in IT management, particularly in finance and accounting applications.
- 4+ years in a leadership or management role, directly overseeing an IT Finance and Accounting team.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation and support, particularly with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Financials migration.
- Strong grounding in utilizing and managing SaaS applications in the finance domain.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
- Must be local to Birmingham, Alabama or willing to relocate from within the USA.
