Job Description:
Mann Consulting is expanding. We are searching for an experienced Senior IT Consultant with a focus on device management, looking for a full-time, salaried role with extensive opportunities for professional development and advancement. This role offers variety-no two days are the same. Our consultants tackle a diverse array of technical challenges that include strategic guidance, project implementation, network design, troubleshooting, and vendor management.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an IT Technician or relevant role.
  • Expertise in managing Apple devices with Jamf Pro.
  • Preferred Jamf 400 Certification (or similar).
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Zsh.
  • Experience in managing Windows devices using Intune.
  • Preferred Microsoft MS-900 and MS-101 certifications (or similar).
  • Proficient with PowerShell.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate network troubleshooting abilities.
  • Preferred Meraki ECMS 500-220 certification (or similar).
  • Experience with vital IT tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Microsoft 365, Intune, and EntraID.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Experience providing support across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • A willingness to embrace variety in responsibilities and projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance, manage onsite checklists, coordinate downtime with clients for major upgrades, and ensure all documentation for managed clients is up-to-date.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team, work to provide a top-notch client experience promptly, identify new opportunities for major projects, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling and administration team to meet client expectations, including travelling to client offices for routine visits and additional appointments.
  • Assist in developing standards of care for client engagements.
  • Supervise other associates or freelance consultants when required.
