What You'll Do
We seek experienced, passionate, and creative Consultants to help unlock our clients' digital potential and drive change. You will work on complex solutions, providing opportunities for growth and professional development. Our team of experts offers a springboard for your career advancement.
- Understand client requirements from a business and technology perspective, mapping these to standard SAP functionalities or proposing customized solutions.
- Participate in major SAP business transformation programs, analyzing finance and controlling processes, and advising on SAP finance solutions.
- Support clients on SAP S/4HANA projects across the supply chain-from requirements analysis to solution design, implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
- Manage teams effectively.
- Design and define SAP S/4HANA solutions across finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, HR, and other areas.
- Introduce best practices to evaluate, specify, and implement user requirements, aiming to reduce costs and maintenance.
- Manage technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations, including requirements management and workshops with business process managers.
- Control and prototype SAP S/4HANA customizations.
- Support in selling large ERP/SAP projects by providing technical and methodological expertise.
- Contribute to the development of SAP/S/4HANA content through conference participation and other activities.
What You'll Bring
- A degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM field.
- Experience in business process consulting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
- Strong understanding of Financial and Management Accounting processes, with project management skills.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in ERP/SAP projects or transformations.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI-CO, including hands-on configuration.
- Technical knowledge of end-to-end processes in ERP environments (e.g., Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, etc.) and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of multiple SAP modules and industry-specific solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-H).
- Familiarity with SAP add-on solutions and analytical tools like SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and leadership skills.
- Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with intellectual agility.
- Ability to align teams and organizations toward common goals.
