As a Senior Paralegal, you will lead complex national patent and ITC litigation cases, from document production to trial preparation. Here is some of what you can expect to take on:
- Process and support attorneys in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including research, paper and electronic discovery coordination, depositions, transcripts, and trial support
- Maintain databases, logs, and files containing vital trial documents
- Obtain all necessary material from the USPTO, PAIR, and USITC-EDIs, etc
- Prepare for meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and outside counsel
- Mentor and train junior paralegals

- Expertise in all stages of the litigation process, including eDiscovery
- Knowledge of USPTO and ITC practices and procedures
- Superior technology and software skills, including document management and review software (DeskSite, Relativity, West Case Notebook, TrialDirector, etc.)
- Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
