Senior Inventory Planning Product Manager As a key leader at Ashley Furniture Industries, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business and technology with a special focus on inventory planning and sales and operations planning solutions. Your role is pivotal in turning business vision into actionable initiatives while collaborating seamlessly with Technology to deliver impactful solutions using Agile methodologies.

- Product Development: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define product requirements, ensuring that development meets quality standards and specifications.
- Prioritization: Assess and prioritize features and initiatives based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Roadmap Maintenance: Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, supply chain, and other key functions to facilitate smooth product integration and execution.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with support teams to analyze issues and enhance products, aiming to lower customer pain points.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to inform strategies, identify trends, and measure ROI and product performance.

Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Over 5 years in B2B product management, ideally in enterprise software with a focus on supply chain and inventory management.
Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and replenishment strategies.
- Experience with inventory planning software and systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Logility).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to convert business objectives into structured product strategies in inventory planning.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
