Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

Overview of the Senior International Tax Associate role:

  • Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8992 (GILTI), and 8993 (FDII).

  • Assist with calculations related to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits.

  • Support international tax planning strategies for inbound and outbound clients.

  • Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda to support tax positions.

  • Work directly with clients to gather information, discuss tax implications, and deliver clear, practical advice.

  • Collaborate with tax managers and partners on client engagements and advisory projects.

  • Stay informed on U.S. international tax legislation and regulatory updates.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or working toward CPA licensure; JD/LLM or MST is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant U.S. international tax experience, preferably in public accounting.

  • Familiarity with international tax provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Excel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic team.
