Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

Overview of the Senior International Tax Associate role:

Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8992 (GILTI), and 8993 (FDII).

Assist with calculations related to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits.

Support international tax planning strategies for inbound and outbound clients.

Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda to support tax positions.

Work directly with clients to gather information, discuss tax implications, and deliver clear, practical advice.

Collaborate with tax managers and partners on client engagements and advisory projects.

Stay informed on U.S. international tax legislation and regulatory updates.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications:

CPA or working toward CPA licensure; JD/LLM or MST is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant U.S. international tax experience, preferably in public accounting.

Familiarity with international tax provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
