The Senior Inside Sales Team Leader will spearhead a dynamic inside sales team, focusing on developing impactful sales strategies, fostering team leadership, and optimizing performance. This role demands exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and ensure smooth operations across several locations. You will be integral in meeting our sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere.

We Offer: - Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000, plus commission potential based on performance up to $34,000.
