The Role: Funding Associate (Inside Sales)

What you'll do:
- Work warm leads (no cold calling grind)
- Build relationships with business owners nationwide
- Guide prospects through a consultative funding process
- Collaborate with seasoned teammates and leadership
- Hit and exceed goals while building your book of business
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, financial services, lending, or similar)
- Confidence, charisma, and the ability to close
- A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive
- Industry knowledge or financial product familiarity is a big plus
- Resilience, accountability, and a team-first mindset
