Job Description


We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to assist our Augusta, GA , US location with IT hardware and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT equipment, including desktops & laptops, along with troubleshooting expertise.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and application issues.
  • Assist the remote Coforge team in establishing remote connections.
  • Handle escalated issues from the support team.
  • Manage and update assigned support tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for known issues.
  • Support senior management with IT-related needs.
  • Record technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Customize desktop applications based on user requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Conduct daily technical support activities for desktop environments.
  • Set up and test network connections for desktop computers.
  • Train end users on the proper usage of computer hardware and software

Mandatory Skills :
