Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Information Analyst.
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to improve health and social care? The Lanarkshire Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our innovative and integrated team. Hosted by the South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care Partnership, our TEC team focuses on three exciting programmes: Telecare (South Lanarkshire), Telehealth (pan-Lanarkshire), and Innovation and Solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Empower citizens to self-manage their health conditions and live safely and well through technology-enabled care projects.
- Support the TEC Team in communicating the benefits of new technology-enabled care approaches to key stakeholders.
- Develop a data management, analytics, and research programme across the team.
- Collaborate with senior team members including the Principal Information Analyst and Service Improvement Support Manager.
- Apply your skills directly to service development with opportunities for growth.

What We'll Need You to Bring
- A degree with a focus on numerical and statistical content
- Formal training or qualifications such as a graduate diploma
- Experience in information management within healthcare at a senior level
- Knowledge of NHS information requirements and standards
- Strong IT and analytical skills, with experience of NHS data definitions and policies
- Ability to manage staff skills and provide effective communication to senior audiences
Please note: a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence is required for roles involving travel.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with Patient Management Systems like TrakCare and MORSE
- Advisory experience in health and social care contexts
- Experience working with technology-enabled care data
- Knowledge of NHS environment and business intelligence processes
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload, and supervise staff
Contract Details
Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 Months, Part Time (14 hours)
Salary will be pro-rata. Secondments require prior approval from current line managers.
Location and Working Pattern
Based at TEC Team within Blantyre LIFE care campus. Similar vacancies may be considered in other locations.
