ANSER is seeking a Senior Industrial Workforce Development Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). The IBAS program is dedicated to ensuring that the Department of Defense is positioned to effectively address industrial base issues and support the National Defense Industrial Strategy. This position can support a remote work schedule with site visits to the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA as required. Day to Day Responsibilities: Support a high-powered team that researches and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the global kinetic capabilities defense industrial base Recommend relevant prototyping efforts Craft relevant acquisition documents Evaluate proposed efforts Monitors program execution Conducts outreach efforts and conduct site visits and strategic communications operations as required Supervising and leading a team of roughly 6 analysts Delegate, manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously and to review/provide quality staff products (slides/briefings, charts, talking points, RFI responses, etc.,) on time Set up, organize, and run meetings, both in-person and virtually Required Qualifications: Must have minimum of a SECRET clearance Master's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in federal acquisition management Demonstrated experience as a program manager and managing an investment portfolio Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD acquisition process and all phases of DoD's planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process Demonstrated experience in headquarters-level staff work and correspondence management Ability to work well in a remote-team setting while providing guidance to junior/mid-level/senior analysts, who are also working remotely Intellectual flexibility, stability and strong written and oral communication skills, both in-person and virtually Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Demonstrated experience in workforce development initiatives at the federal/state/local level, in the private sector, or in academia Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and implementation Familiarity with the maritime (submarine shipbuilding) industrial base and supply chain Demonstrated knowledge of systems thinking and systems dynamics fundamentals, particularly as they apply to workforce development models and ecosystems In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call or e-mail ANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
