Network IT Manager

Location: La Crosse, WI or Memphis, TN or Latrobe, PA
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office

Salary: $110K - $140K (potential bonus structure)

Must Haves:
7+ years of Network / Server / Sys Admin experience
Network design, routing, switching, firewalls
Previous experience in a leadership role, overseeing & developing mid-size teams
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 6-8 engineers and sys admins responsible for all network, server, and security hardware, supervising and mentoring team development.
Work closely with IT security leadership to implement security standards and policies, and oversee technical direction of related projects.
Perform regular network maintenance, system upgrades, patching, and configuration.
Responsible for routing, switching, firewalls, and regular network administration.
Support cyber security team with network security initiatives.
Annual travel to other locations should be anticipated.
