We are on the lookout for a talented Implementation Specialist who possesses advanced expertise in go-to-market SaaS solutions. In this role, you will lead the effective deployment, configuration, and optimization of Regie for our clients. Your efforts will be pivotal in helping customers quickly realize the value of the Regie platform and ensuring they are positioned for long-term success before transitioning to our Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities: - Deployment Planning: Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and craft a comprehensive implementation timeline.
- Configuration and Customization: Tailor Regie's features to meet organizational needs, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
- Training and Onboarding: Deliver personalized training sessions and onboarding support to users across all levels, equipping them to maximize their use of Regie.
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to discover opportunities for enhancements and automation.
- Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous testing and quality assurance to guarantee data integrity and workflow accuracy in Regie.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Create thorough documentation and best practices for customers, maintaining clear communication of key decisions to the broader Regie team.
Requirements: - 3-8 years of proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing go-to-market SaaS solutions (e.g., SEP, SFDC, ERP, or MarTech) in corporate settings.
- Expertise in CRM functionalities including Object Management, Permissions, Integrations, and common workflow designs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, skilled at dissecting complex workflows and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with the sales cycle as well as selling and copywriting principles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, cultivating positive relationships and driving consensus on objectives.
- Adaptability to thrive amidst change and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
