Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer with Security Clearance

Description Expertise and Functions Architect, deploy, and automate cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on hybrid cloud strategies Support program requirements through open-source scripting (Python, Java) Develop automation tools and scripts for provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability Diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related technical issues Recommend functional approaches for new applications and services Provide input on enhancements to existing cloud products and features Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required Experience: 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering roles Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity processes Previous experience working in a SCIF environment Preferred Experience: Previous experience with AWS GovCloud Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes Experience with Azure Security: Must be a US citizen Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance or higher Physical Requirements: Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.) Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
