TVision is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead key functions within our HR department, including payroll administration, benefits management, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a hybrid role. The candidate should be based in New York City or Boston, with the ability to come into the office 2-3 days per week. This role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of bi-monthly payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Manage benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and open enrollment processes.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs and engagement surveys.
  • Plan and execute team-building events and employee communication efforts.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Assist with performance management initiatives including goal-setting, feedback, and bi-annual reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Experience working in a tech startup, with the ability to adapt quickly and wear multiple hats. Experience working in a Company with under 100 employees is a must.
  • Experience working with a PEO (Justworks)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
