Human Resources Senior Manager - Charlotte NC
Reporting to the CFO, the HR Senior Manager will play a critical role in optimizing talent management, drive strategy and maintain a culture of continuous improvement for this real estate development and management company. He or she will work closely with the executive team to continue to shape organizational structure and employee engagement initiatives while building talent acquisition and management strategies to ongoing support company growth.
The Human Resources Senior Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment and labor laws and related compliance and reporting requirements. He or she must be a champion of employee relations and retention. Strong relationship management skills are required as are excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration - required
- Master's degree in related field - preferred
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHERM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.)
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience with 3+ years in HR leadership
