Hiring: Senior HR Generalist Dallas, TX Full-Time
You'll drive core HR functions in this role, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and organizational development. You'll work closely with leadership and serve as a trusted partner to teams across the company.
The salary range is from $95,000 to $110,000 + other benefits.
What You'll Do:
- Support employees through Leave of Absence processes in partnership with a PEO
- Oversee benefits administration and serve as a point of contact for benefit-related questions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Guide policy updates and employee handbook revisions
- Provide expert support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement
- Coordinate performance review cycles and employee development planning
- Facilitate training programs aligned with business goals
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare key reports for leadership
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience (start-up experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
