Piper Companies is looking for a
Senior HR Systems Analyst to join a financial services and asset management company. This is based in
Frederick, MD with 2 remote days per week.
Essential Duties of the
Sr HR Systems Analyst: - Responsible for the rollout of solutions including enhancements, projects, and new application delivery utilizing best practices and standards.
- Participates in the design, build, and delivery of global HCM system with integrations into existing systems as required.
- Develops and maintains HR and executive dashboard metrics, management reports, scheduled reports, and other Ad-Hoc reporting to empower leaders to make informed business decision relating to workforce management, compliance, and other company initiatives.
- Partners with HR Systems Manager to Implement HR technology solutions which may include building interfaces, system enhancements, and/or integration projects utilizing best practices and standards.
- Lead project planning, execution, and maintenance related to major upgrades and system implementations.
Qualifications of the
Sr HR Systems Analyst: - 5+ years of HRIS experience implementing system upgrades, integrations, and creating dashboards.
- Experience with DayForce by Ceridian is a big plus.
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience would be a plus.
- Ability to engage with a variety of business leaders and interpret business needs into solid business/technology requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated applicable work experience
Compensation for the
Sr HR Systems Analyst: - $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- 2 remote days per week
