Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees.
Administer employee benefits, ensuring comprehensive and competitive offerings.
Provide advice on controversial, precedent-setting, and unusually difficult classification matters.
Offer guidance on the interpretation of policies and regulations This position is contingent upon contract award Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
5 years of experience in a related field
Active Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: Professional experience in employee development and relations
Professional experience in Benefits Administration
Professional experience in policy and regulation interpretation
