Senior HR Business Partner, Amazon Logistics - PXT team

At Amazon, we believe that every day is still day one. Today is that day for you. We are seeking a talented, driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role involves advising Senior Operations leaders, utilizing strong HR expertise to develop and execute strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a culture steward, you will partner with internal stakeholders to embed Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. You will also implement standard processes and policies, guide organizational change, and drive innovation and continuous improvement as a key member of the Senior Regional HR leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Manage time effectively across a small cluster of Amazon Logistics sites in the South West of England, partnering with Senior Operations leaders.
  2. Drive associate engagement programs, act as Employee Relations SME, monitor feedback, and enhance retention and reward initiatives.
  3. Manage labor relations and complex cases, integrating legislative changes into HR policies and practices.
  4. Create people-centric plans aligned with business strategies, focusing on talent development.
  5. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for middle and senior management.
  6. Facilitate talent review and succession planning in partnership with management.
  7. Utilize data insights to improve processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment.
  8. Lead HR projects and change initiatives, including deploying new tools and technologies.
  9. Manage and develop a small team, becoming an SME in your business line.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of current HR practices, trends, and tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR Information Systems
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making
  • Influencing skills
